Advantech’s latest SOM module—SOM-5786, is an embedded COM-Express board powered by the latest Intel 965 Express Chipset with a FSB speed of 800 MHz and improved integrated graphics performance. As well as offering PCIe and eight USB 2.0 connections, SOM-5786 supports higher resolution 48/24-bit dual channel LVDS display panels and large memory capacity via two SoDIMM’s supporting up to 4 GB of memory.
