TenAsys® Announces New RTOS for Scalable Applications

Making its debut at the Embedded World Show March 1-3, TenAsys Corporation, announces its real-time OS called INtime® Distributed RTOS with an innovative feature called GOBSnet which is designed to solve the IPC (Inter Process Communication) problem on multicore processors. With this RTOS, programmers can write applications to run without modification on different system configurations from single-core to multicore processor systems as well as multi-platform systems with multi-core processors. This is made possible via an underlying global objects network called GOBSnet. Like TenAsys’ other RTOS products, INtime Distributed RTOS is simple to configure and applications can be designed and debugged using the standard Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2010 development environment.
